Yes, I confirmed the recipe a couple minutes after Legeon (aka jack96jill) found it and couldn't be certain which exact combine finally worked.

What are the crystals for?

Trak lore is NOT directly from FFOL website, they just cnped it from another site. that site added a bunch of stuff the connect the various parts, but the base lore placed on ffol is correct. however, it is the ONLY ffol lore in the codex which was TRULY beta lore, and was bought in the form of books, from the merchant which sells mage summon item spells in OoT. These books were removed after beta, and, directly from SoE, no longer have any connection to the game itself. In other words, its REAL, but they didnt like it so they took it OUT.

Sir Artanis will not take either phlactory or mana crystals, trying oracle now...

Phylactery can be turned into assistant in oot for a Dark Phylactery same stats, but right click Regeneration, the crystal as far as i have seen cant be turned in to oracle or assistant, and doesnt have to be in inventory for the phylactery to work, it can be in the bank. Dark phylactery can be turned back in for the phylactery again.

Tried Mana Crystals+Phylactory in every tradeskill container. All were DNC. Mana Crystals and the Phylactory seem like they should be combineable somehow in a potter's wheel. We should get some people on this.

Anyone check stacking on soul clasp yet? And can you do the quest twice for both? (if you hate yourself that much)

Soul clasp won't stack with Form of the Great Bear for shaman, or some of the Pally self buffs because of the 2 point HP regen in slot 2. The 2 point mana regen in slot 8 seems like it will stack with most everything, except some right click buffs from VT/EP.

If "Regeneration" is the effect on the second version, then it is a 5 point HP regen, but it won't stack with Regrowth, Chloroplast, or anything else in that line, which makes it fairly useless except maybe to soloing necros.
