The Truthbringer gem is for a low-midlevel quest involving Freeport MithMarr paladins and Gukta paladins... has a couple of upgrades. Reward is Signet of the Truthbringer, Mithaniel Marr/ Paladin, human/ Froglok, if I recall correctly.
As a mage I got 4 ghould spawns in 2 hours in South Ro by sending 54 water pet to attack every mob in sight in the sand dunes... was lucky to have druid camping the AC there at the same time helping to kill stuff and watching on track. Ghoul dropped gem the first time and anchor second and fourth.

failed clasp combine, back to hunting more accursed ghouls
. Got the mold back.
EDIT: succeeded second combine got phylactery.
Phylactery does not stack with magician mana/hp regen line. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
Turned in for Dark Phylactery seeing as its of limited use but at least its useable.

I am beginning to think the Ghoul will only spawn during night time. I have noticed that during EQ daytime there are no ghouls on track but come EQ nighttime they start popping.
Tis m'last piece and I am so tired of the desert.

Killed him 5 times, 3 of those he spawned around noontime (and I mean spawned him, not just ran into him).
