  • Bind Affinity is used in the Crucible portion. I doubt they'd use it again.

    • This next step is the first of creating components for the phylactery iteself, the silk insert. This is the base inside of the box and it must be made of durable stone silk to withstand the energies within a phylactery.
It doesn't make sense to me to make a base of a container out of silk, but that's what is said.

There is already a step for tailoring, smithing, pottery, jewelcraft, fletching, and brewing. Baking is left out but makes no sense for this combine.

I'm just gonna say, Why MUST it be tailoring? It might be smithing using stone silk as chain or some such nonsense.

Bind afinity is a very low level spell where Enchant velium is lvl 44.

/em wonders if stone silk can be enchanted.

      Just a few random thoughts.

      • Baking is left out because food for a phlactory is like calling it a picnic basket then. I don't think food would have anything to do with something that holds a soul.

          • tried more things

i tried treating it like leather pading and used silk thread which didnt work, i also tried leather padding plus the stone silk, and superb leather padding.

Tried the 2 different loy shears with the stone silk plus or minus the pattern

I tried boneing stonefish but it just gave me regular fish bones

            Ideas to try still:

something from the stone skeletons in lake rathe tear, possbily a heart of stone

            The stone mark from mistmore

            Hazepather hides plus stone silk

shadow wolf hide plus stone silk

diamond dust from the td plus stone silk

              • I just had a crazy idea....

Remember back when the lemming fur backpacks were first put in? The recipe here said "sewing needle." However, no "sewing needle" exists in the game. We had to wait for a patch to have that recipe changed to require an "embroidery needle."

Perhaps the same problem is happening here? Someone put the wrong item in the recipe? It's possible.

                • Unless of course we are supposed to solve the recipe for "a needle" in order to be able to make the insert...
