Old post on Tuna Sandwhich from PoM?

Hey all, I seem to remember an old post from the ezboards about some NPC in PoM asking for a Tuna Sandwich or somesuch. I remember there being some speculation, and I even went out and got some tuna to experiment but never came up with anything. Is it possible we overlooked something and that is somehow related?

Verant's System

Looking at the list below, you can see how Verant adds items to the database. There is no reason to believe that they hid an ingredient somewhere out-of-order to confound us, other than we may need to use an older item in the recipe that was already in the database. It would be good to see what is above #29795, but we can presume that combines should be attempted utilizing the items between #29781 and #29795 with some old known items like dressing or containers.

Looks like they move on to some of the Mage summoned focus items, then 29802-29839 are all the items from the Shadowscream armor quest, including the armor.

Just my two cents here but I looked into the emulator database a bit and the first thing I noticed was the item db has a date of 9/21/2002. Thats a month before pop came out. Second searching through it I couldn't find the earrings themselves, elemental armors and many other pop items which leads me to believe this is far from a complete database and that many things were still being designed at the time of this. With that said I think we are still as lost on the final part as we were before the list because knowing the date it cant be fully trusted. There may have been items added or something like a palm leaf may just have never been added to the game. I would like this solved just as much as all of you but if I am going to base all my combines on a list of items I would rather see a list from the most recent patch rather than something from before the expansion came out.

I agree that the Palm Leaf should be found but does it have anything to do with the Bristlebane's Party Platter? Guess there's only one way to find out...

Seeing that most of the items for the Karana's Heartfruit Salad comes from Karana based zones, it may be worth starting with them. With the others coming from zones "near" them. (If you consider PoI is near BoT but not connected to it.) I wouldn't completely rule out the Ripen Heartfruit (No Drop foraged item in GFay) as being used for the Spiced Heartfruit.

Err...kinda missed the point there. If Karana's Heartfruit Salad is indeed a base item in the creation of the Platter, and Aid Grimel isn't throwing out random thoughts about the halfling, something from the Plane of Water should be listed within below the Platter according what Krellen said on how Verant added the items.

The Moonstone Crystals are a fairly common drop in POI.

Couple things i havent seen mentioned and i dont see in those Item id numbers is some of the foraged food from PoWater. Large brine shrimp and Cluster of Kelp both are hearty meals foraged there. And also Fish Eggs but they are not food.
