It's new enough to be part of the quest, Mum could be DenMum, may be part of the finial combine? Who knows, more random things to grab at.

        • I've tried many combines, using several miraculous meals (triloun soup, bucket of crab legs, mephit pie,...) aswell as containers (casserol dish,...)
and also imbued peridots (for the bristlebane link) without any result ; I've come to the conclusion that we need to find the npc that could give the recipe
If the platter is really 100 hp mana meal it may be a very complicated recipe and the random tries may lead to nothing ... so i decided to spend my time on NPC and ask them "what bristlebane's party platter" aswell as "what halfling female". I can't affirm i have tried ALL npc around but : i tried this in PoTranquility, PoKnowledge, Rivervale and some more
Then i even tried PoM and bristebane himself .... nothing

You missed the comment earlier then. There is *no* in game recipe. You can hail every single NPC in the game and not find the recipe...because they didn't stick it in an NPC's dialog. That's why everyone is blindly guessing.

            • Anyone know where "Card of Bristlebane" comes from? http://lucy.fnord.net/item.html?id=65334

Was entered into database recently it appears, and is listed as combinable. Looks like a possible lead.

EDIT - NM, it's early and I'm an idiot. It's research related

              • There are actually two Bristlebanes in the pantheon, but the party platter is much more likely in regards to Fizzlethorpe Bristlebane who likely created the halflings (maybe) and is the God of Mischief. The Game Masters Guide for EQ:RPG (so maybe it is stretching SOE EQ canon a bit) points out that Xev Bristlebane is related to Fizzlethorpe. Xev is listed as the Prince of Fortune and is followed by some gamblers and some of the gypsy fortunetellers. Might be fun at a party too, but not as fun as good ole Fizzy.

                • My Attempts at a Platter for the recipe.

All of these molds were tried with 1 and 2 metal bits and 1 and 2 silver bars(both enchanted and unenchanted). I tried every possible combination of these molds as well.

4 cookie cutter, muffin tin, pie, tin, cake round, skewers, bread tin, pot, smoker base, standing legs, smoker support, hinge, scaler, lantern casing, hinge mold, container base mold, container lid mold, small container base mold, small container lid mold, large container base mold, large container lid mold, lantern casing mold, file mold, thimble mold, needle mold, toolbox mold, bucket mold

All combines resulted in a DNC, I tried these about 3 weeks ago and forgot to post, someone had informed me that there was a Silver Platter that was suppossed to go into the recipe so I tried all the smithing combines I could think of to make one, I have not tried any pottery combines for the platter yet.

                  • I was thinking about which rare drops I have seen in Water and really there aren't many, certainly none that seem food related and that haven't been mentioned before in this thread. The only thing that seems possibly vaguely related, was a kraken suction cup, which had the same graphic as a halas pie. Unlikely, but maybe it could have something to do with it.

                    • Well kraken suction cups are in lucy as combinable, but I haven't seen anyone try anything with them (or maybe I forgot). We haven't gotten any on our PoWater raids so far, so I can't mess with them =/

                      • I've tried several recipes with the Suction Cups, mainly using them instead of Hero Parts or attempts using varied MTP items. Not many combines but I didn't hit the right combination.

                        • What fits in here...

Is it possible to find out what item #21748 is? It is right in between Crab Meat (21747) and the Parasite Infected Crab Carapace (21749) , and Lucy has not had that item submitted yet. Starting from 21732 (Shimmering Fish Gills) through 21749 (Parasite Infected Crab Carapace) is the list of all of the drops from PoWater except equipment, before the Fish Gills are the Earth drops. Past the Crab Carapace is the beginning of Fire drops. It seems we are missing one item to experiment with...or no one has submitted it yet.

I can't think of anything else that I have seen drop, apart from that tainted planar essence stuff which is native to most planar zones. Crab meat sticks out, to me at least, for some reason. Is there anything unusual fished in this zone?

                              • My Guess..

My guess on the platter recipe would be something like...

                                -Parasite Infested Crab Carapiece
                                -Suction Cup(s)
                                -Triloun Tail Soup
                                -Bucket of Crab Legs

It's a wild guess but ya never now heh
