Completing the quest opens up new text from Councilwoman Kerasha.

There is another matter at hand that has come to the attention of the council that is beyond even our combined power and requires the aid of a powerful alliance. Would you be willing to aid Tanaan?'

To date, saying "I am willing to help tanaan." has resulted in the standard "lack knowledge of the planes to help me" text. No one that has posted information has been flagged high enough to get an other response.

Completing this quest results in the reward The Hoop of the Traveler but no other information was found.

I decided to make a Troll Shaman and search for Garuuk’s cousin. He was found and the following conversation is as follows:

Took a DE rogue to see him as well and was able to get the same info.

I thought it was an old Troll shaman quest, but most of the websites I go to have updated all their zones and I found it difficult to verify the date of the quest submissions. Sooo, I dunno.

Anyway, the two items and one quest conclusion I'd like to look into are the Large Greasy Spoon (ID's as "to stir things up" and found on Lucy) and Water Soaked Journal (ID'd as "this journal appears to be soaked in swamp water"). The Water Soaked Journal is listed in Magelo as item number 51094 and is CLR only. But, like the Large Greasy Spoon, I can find no other information on it. I keep thinking that there might be an item that drops off a mob that hasn't been killed that often, similar to the book (Time grows Near) that drops off Rizlona. So until more guilds start doing the Water scripts we may not know.

Otherwise, I'd like to see what the conclusion to the Aid Eino quest is.

What book is this, just it sounds like it's something, is it a Lore book, or a "Map" book to give hints about getting into the PoTime? Also, anyone swim along the bottom of the waters in Nektulos and Neriak for something, BIG long shot, but anything is better then nothing.

About Bregna; looking at the reward in Magelo, it's a large shaman only ac4 mana15 doll. It's item 12212 submitted 9/01/2001, so wouldn't that make it unlikely to be part of a PoP quest? I still think it's possible that some of the text that's not reported (either when you turn in the 4 items to Bregna or when you return whatever trinket to Aid Garuuk) might have some nice information that was overlooked, so I'm trying to coerce people into helping me get the last two parts so I can check that.

I know not how to make the Platter, a rather nice female Halfling cleric always used to deliver them to us but I heard she was crushed by a Regrua while hunting for a rare component in the Plane of Water. Brell bless her soul! Combine three of the platters and the signet inside the satchel.'

I think we are grasping at straws now with the old troll shaman quest. Verant makes baked goods require the container as part of the making and that is where we should be expending our efforts. Misty Thicket Picnic requires a picnic basket, Bucket of Crab Legs requires a bucket, Centi Toe Soup requires a pot... so Bristlebane's Party Platter should require some sort of platter or tray. Trila Cabbageroll may be the answer, but until someone figures her out I suggest we focus on finding a recipe for a platter or tray.

I didn't expect the troll shaman quest to be the answer directly but that indirectly it might lead to NPC's on the "Pranksters of Bristlebane" and that angle might be worth looking at. I have yet to see any mobs being listed on this faction if it is really a faction in game.

Rizlona is one of five mobs you must kill to gain access to SolRo himself. The book drops everytime and basically tells you how to enter the Plane of Fire.
