ozzcat.... if you had read through this entire thread, you would know that the POK potions (distillate of clarity x, etc) did not change at all.
the drop you can get in Kedge is called "deepwater ink". go to the eqtraders site and you can use the search function to see all you can make with deepwater ink. (hint: it is for the level ix pok potions)
as for cost, they are very inexpensive to make IF you do your own pharming for the drop (only one drop per recipe, in this case "deepwater ink", the rest is vendor bought in POK and/or abysmal sea). each successful combine produces 5 doses, so it ends up that you can sell them for less than the POK vendor sells them for, and still turn a profit, once you get your success rate up there.
as for the non-POK recipes... if you do not want to help figure them out, you don't have to! just wait a couple more weeks and i'm sure all (or nearly all) will be figured out by other, more ambitious folk.
if you just want to rant, that's fine too! but there is a separate forum for it. i know this isn't english class (note my abysmal capitalization skeelz) but it is easier to help someone who asks specific questions nicely =)
