Just a clarification - that isn't my image. Just something I had bookmarked from a while back. The way it's done is by processing the zone files through some 3rd party program into commonly used 3d file formats and then rendering them in commercial 3d graphics programs. Not sure of the specifics of program names, etc. I believe the guy also has a rendering of VT in that directory.

Jugador, can you site any evidence for that? The book from Xeg isle, and the one from Gligo Muddypants, seem fairly conclusive that it's the other way round.

As best I can tell the shields are indeed for the Odyllic Veil(time key I believe?) and the 4 Essence of .... are for a quest(I guess the Council quest not sure). I recall seeing an excerpt from the quest giver somewhere that specifically asks for you to bring them the Essence of the Pantheon Gods, I'll try to dig it up for you Demorgoth.

I recieved this text from Councilwoman Kerasha after completing the Aid Eino quest in the Plane of Nightmares.

There is another matter at hand that has come to the attention of the council that is beyond even our combined power and requires the aid of a powerful alliance. Would you be willing to aid Tanaan?'

Councilwoman Kerasha's body grows rigid 'I did not spend my life in defense of this city to watch it crumble into dust! The way to repair the breech is difficult but I feel Tunare will grant me the strength once I have the four essences of power in my grasp.'

I recieved a Sacred Bowl with 4 slots for each Essence.
