Yep no doubt about it, Ngreth is my favorite dev. Why? Cause of communication. You might not like the answer... but you do get an answer. And you see him online and can talk with him. And you see him on the boards and can talk to him there. Now if other devs could just learn from Ngreth, we'd be set.

Vergalid is up for some tweaks to make it a bit easier.

I do not know what they are, nor when they will happen, but that they are planned.

That said, If I am not grabbed today, I plan on looking into moving the clay and manacles... they just may have to be on slightly less mobs than the others :/ (I tried to make sure there were at least 40 mobs available for each of the drops... but I may not be able to keep that anymore since I have to "flee" vergalid )

Sorry to back-seat drive, but if the concern is that by moving the items, they become rarer than intended, why not just add them to the new mobs, but leave them on the old as well. If/when Verg gets revamped, you can then decide if they suddenly become too common or not, but in the meantime you create two outlets for the drops.

Are the drop table fixes going to go in with the 9/27 patch?

Very good question. I sure hope so! I'm very excited about the master artisan charm.

I see in the patch message that the clay got moved to Sunderock, any word on the steel and ore being moved to the correct mobs?

I can confirm that the Vergalid clay now drops from "a quarry slave" in Sunderock springs.

                        Steppes Ore

Can anyone confirm what this is dropping off ? I got the Stonemight Silver from Stonemight goblins, but not finding the Steppes Ore. Thanks!

"Steppes Ore" dropped from "a darkfell gnoll" in the Steppes.

I looked at the completed charm on Lucy and must say that I am very happy with it. Thank you N'Greth for making this happen.

But now we face the dilemma of what augments we can use since there are very few charm slot augments and they need to be Type 7 and 8. It appears to me that we are limited to Slipgear's and the Adventurer's Stone. Anyone have any other ideas?

The steppes ore is also dropping from a darkfell elder as well, the drop rate is either rarer than 1 in 7 or else not all the types of gnolls are dropping it.

There is supposed to be a new exploration aug from TSS that people are calling slipgear 2.0, so that should be another aug option.

I can confirm that, as of 12:06pm PDT, the full set of drops and recipes needed to make the Artisan's Charm are available on Tunare. One slightly too long coffee-break-turned-early lunch was all it took.

While it took more than 7 kills per camp, it was not so many that I could disprove the drop rate.

THANKS NGRETH! Both for a nice TS reward and also for fixing the bugs.

While I'm asking... is Toegnasher ever supposed to drop anything, i killed him 4 times in the course of the farming process and his loot is always nil.
