I used to love coming to this thread to see if anything had changed. Now it's just disappointing to realize that one of the coolest recipes and quests in recent memory has turned into something that very few people will even bother with because of the insanity of trying to farm the items.

Hopefully we'll see a screenshot of the final combine someday.

I have all the dragon meats, but no horse meat. Once I get some of that I'll play with the recipe as long as it doesn't require a subcombine with the Nest Dragon meat.

On Seventh Hammer, I'm still looking for the nest dragon meat. I *think* I have a friend with sea dragon meat and I should be able to locate horse meat.

Now if only I could convince my guild to kill Rikky again although I don't remember nest dragon meat dropping.

Hangovr...any way you can try what you posted with just plain Sea Dragon Meat (instead of steaks)? I've read the text over and over, and I'm not convinced that "The muscles of dragons so wet" = "Sea Dragon Steak". I'd try just plain meat first (and will if I can get my hands on the other stuff).

why not try the nest drake meat insted of the nest dragon meat? there is little or no refference to it being ACVUALY from the dragons

Well darn, my sea dragon meat supplier fell through. It's going to be awhile before I can try anything.

It would be a cool quest if it didn't require insanely rare raid drops, if a recipe is only in the reach of a couple people serverwide then why even put it in the game.

So we have all come to the conclusion that no one has all of the components to attempt the meat recipe or if they do they are not speaking up here or willing to expend the (ultra)-rare items for a tradeskill combine.

I now have a second nest dragon meat on FV, and I'm willing to play around with this, but I haven't a clue how to go about getting the sea dragon meat. Willing to team up with others on combines or to kill stuff for it.

This may sound silly... but has anyone thought of trying Drake Intestines for this line: "More of the dragons who roost at home" ?

Sounds like Nest Dragon Meat to me...but I just don't remember seeing a lot of (or any offhand) of Nest Dragon Meat for all the times we've killed *any* dragon in DoN. Unfortunately, we don't really kill them much anymore except for Rikky and Vish occasionally.

Should hopefully get some horse meat soon once we start killing in ToB for real. Once fabled are gone, should be able to get Sea Dragon Meat.

Nest Dragon Meat will be the difficult one for me.....

Tsuikit in Relic has dropped nest dragon meat on a couple raids, that is where I got mine. I'll look into the sea dragon in CS, thanks!

Okay, thanks for the info on the Nest Dragon Meat. Guild just recently got into Demiplane and we haven't spent much time in PoR yet.
