Heh, not sure how many horses we killed last night in ToB, but I looted one whole horse meat....one more than I had before though. Just looking for the dragon meats now.

i have been having very good luck farming horse meat from the unicorns in elddar forest. they don't summon, but you do have to watch for animal and faerie adds. some rounds no meat will drop, other rounds 2 or 3...but it does drop.

More of the draft that carries you on
Make the ones you ride slippery and stinky
Once more to the nest with a drake in tripe
And of the last two grill away

When I think "draft," wind comes to mind.

"Draft" beer is also a very good thought.

How about Boot Beer? Boots carry you and beer is "drafted." It is a tradeskilled item that is used for a quest but has no tradeskill purpose.

This is the meat part of the recipe, which makes me think that it wouldn't be referring to a drink or potion or something. All of you have been pounding away at this for a month now and are possibly reading too much into the new line. There are several other horse meat recipes that haven't been tried in the new slot (along with the garlic one). I think it's as simple as 2 different horse recipes, but not having any horse meat (or sea dragon meat) I can't try it myself.

Edit - nm, forgot it was not flagged ts. Though, perhaps there's a recipe that's not? He didn't say that the item wasn't made through tradeskills just that the item itself wasn't tagged.

Yes to both!

Both recipes are tradeskill flagged and the Beer-Battered was updated about a month ago.

Dunno if the non-flagged comment is true or just a red herring.
