I now have Nest Drake Meat x 8, Water Dragon Meat x1, Sea Dragon Meat x1, Horse Meat x 2, lacking Nest Dragon Meat. but knowing it drops in Relic is good. we will be killing those more often... Dumb lockouts of Sullon and DPoB

By the way, my baking skill is under 200. If you are on Povar and have over 250 skill LET ME KNOW!!

I doubt they have the meat you seek, but the fish-things that LoS used to charm to kill Yelinak in Skyshrine have the same graphic: http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=12690 . Name is "An elder sea wyrm", so it is supposed to be a dragon.

Bonzz, I have everything but the horse and nest dragon meat, I tried Eldaar for horse meat but after 8 kills and nothing on a corpse I gave up. If you need any of the others, let me know, I'd love to figure this dang thing out

People have been focusing on Sea Dragon Meat and Water Dragon Meat for the line:

The muscles of dragons so wet

But:

Pickled Dragon = Dragon Meat + Jug of Oyster Sauces + Seaweed Vinegar

Seems like a good possibility also. I think it was mentioned early in the thread but has dropped off the radar for the last few pages.

I was thinking the same thing but I am lacking the horse meat and the dragon meat to try. I do have sea dragon meat. Only cause I am such a pack rat. Wait I think I might have some dragon meat will have to look later. but still lacking the horse meat =(

Thanks but think we may be looking in the wrong direction. Checking eqplayers are there are some that have stacks and stacks of the meat. Those that First discovered it on each server that is not all are able to be veiwed but a few are. But I had no hints to what it is made from sadly.

Ok. I am considering some changes to the two meats you guys are looking for. I did not want 2 meats that are overly rare, just one. So I am trying to decide which one to change. Or if I should alter some drop tables. Yes I am still not going to confirm if you guys have been correct or not

Increase the drop rate on Vishimtar, Yarlir, Kessdona, Rikkikun to drop the Nest Dragon Meat. Many guilds still kill at least 1 of these dragons if they have not moved on. As such, it would increase the flow rate into the bazaar if nothing else for those that are not in a guild that raid at this level.

I think several suggestions as "alternative" things that some thought could be the recipe could substitute.

I would think Nest Dragon Meat should be kept and made more abundant in game. For the Sea Dragon Meat/Water Dragon Meat/Sea Dragon Steaks whatever the component is, should be dropped for a more reasonably obtainable piece.

More Dragons will be dropping sea dragon meat more often soon. Also look for one of the scraps to have a change to its text. Neither of these changes will happen until the next patch.

All three Dragons in Relic dead 3 times since last post...no Meat of any kind (could you look into that Ogre man...please).

Horse Meat, Theater of Blood, nasty mean ponies there drop the meat. Keep checking the bazaar or find the guilds flagged for it and start asking them for horse meat. Who ever their main looter(s) on raid are should have a couplethree of them. On Povar found 1 in the bazaar for 100plat, other two iI have came from ToB raids.

Possible to post the changed scrap text before it goes live like you did with the missing darkhollow burin recipe for the AAAA, please? Somewhat frustrateing not to be able to continue just cause the in game recipe is wrong, thanks.

The scrap changed because I changed the recipe to make it easier. Not because the recipe was "bad" or "bugged" like the burrin recipe was. So the scrap will change at the same time the recipe does (with the patch)

The current recipe works, it is just rather difficult to get parts (A bit of an understatement there) The change was to choose a part that was at least slightly easier.

In a high end raiding guild on Seventh Hammer and I still can't get my hands on Sea Dragon Meat, Nest Dragon Meat or Horse Meat. These next couple of weeks though should net the horse meat as we're going to be hitting ToB up. But we've killed Tsikurit, Rikky, Kessy, Yar and Vish all recently and no Nest Dragon Meat. Sea Dragon Meat will have to wait until after April 19th patch I guess. Then I'll get my friends to hit up Kelorek and whatever other mysterious mobs start to drop it!

Same problem here I have half a stack of nest dragon meat, I have the horse meat, I just can't find sea dragon anywhere.

kill the dragons in OOT and in CS, each drop usually drop 1. Used for a 20wis range item. I remember i got one back in Velious =D
