Ah, He'd posted that it was on maddoc's to do list, but it was unlikely he'd get to it before the next patch (jan 26). I had taken that to mean he wouldn't get it snuck in before today's patch, but it would be in with it. Ah well. Good thing I was waiting till after the patch to try my combine then. hehe. No room for a mini-container on my toons, for more than a brief period of clicking.
How I ever survived without the extra bankspace is beyond me. I rarely have more than 10 inventory spaces not filled.

And given the new use for the ingredients, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see an Abysmal Sea or PoK vendor suddenly wind up with all them listed in his offerings.

True. I posted this in the tinkering forum. The request got in a bit too late to get into this patch. Plus we have this whole priority list nusiance to worry about (as in, I don't know where it falls on Maddoc's priority list.)

in a mixing bowl (recipe should show on the UI - doesn't need to be learnt)
Just got my chanter from 0 baking to 15 baking in 15 combines

Total outlay for making a stack was about 1pp 5 gp

Now .. will this be a plat opportunity in bazaar?! - time will tell

I'm pretty sure this will be a plat opportunity here. Recipes with trivial 15 in the game are usually no-fail. The cost to make one veggie is about 7sp 8cp. On Veeshan, veggies have been listed in the bazaar anywhere from 5-50pp each. Even if the price of veggies drops to 1pp each, that's still about 12x profit from the cost to make.

For comparison, celestial essence costs about 2pp to make, and sells for 4-6pp each -- a profit factor of about 1-2x.

It would be great for turnips and carrots to turn up on an Abysmal merchant in the near future. Soda would be nice to find there also, unless it IS there and I have missed it.
