New Vegetables recipe

The recipe for Vegetables shows up in the Collapsible Mixing Bowl UI. I did not test with a normal mixing bowl. It has a trivial of 15. The recipe is confirmed as follows:

Lettuce
Carrots
Turnips

All three components for making Vegetables are sold at the following vendors in PoK:

Klen Ironstove
Perago Crotal

The Carrots and Turnips do not list these vendors.

Minor correction, the item names are Carrot and Turnip, singular.

Works in a normal mixing bowl as well.

Makes good vodka in the end.

In addition it appears to be no fail as I have had no failures (started at 1 in baking) in 40 combines. Triv @ 15
