Thank you for putting this together

I've been trying to compare tinkering and smithing to see which one would be better to try and have my gnome rogue use to make her armor. I compared the Bessed Symbol recipes side by side and saw they use the exact same components except the tinkering has one additional item in the combine (but I can't remember what). As soon as the cultural armor tinkering is fixed, I'll also do a comparison, but I'm guessing it will be the same thing.

It seems that if your skill levels are the same, then smithing is more economical to do where it used to be the other way around.

Either way, I love these new changes and can't wait to check out the tailoring templates so I can get past those ribbons

Thanks for the excellent chart. This is exactly what I needed. Now we just need to nail down the lvl ranges for the drops. Heres what I know so far:

Acrylia caverns mobs: I've had all drops from bottom up to Fine/Rhenium. I *might* have gotten an excellent as well, but I can't remember for sure. Those mobs range from 50ish to like 58ish, and the lower con ones never seemed to drop the Fine/Rhenium level, but dropped everything below it. So possibly 50-55 = Indium/Pristine, 55-60= Fine/Rhenium?

Unlike sunshard, the level ranges for cultural overlap. You can see drops from 3-4 different tiers drop from mobs of the same level. And the level range is pretty big. Rhenium seems to drop from mobs level 51-70+ based on a Magelo search. Though most of the drops appear to be in the 55-65 range.

                      Again.

Sunshard has absolute not been touched.

I will try and remember to look, but I expect I will find no change at all.

I'll probably answer my own question when I log into the game later, but can all three drop types (ore, hide, silk) be used to make augmentations by all races? or is it limited to the armor types of that race (e.g. no silk for barbarians or dwarves)?

Since there are no restrictions on who can make any augmentation this seems an unfair restriction on some races if it in fact exists, but not jumping to any conclusions. Just realized I didnt know the answer when the question occurred to me while reading this thread since I dont think anyone tried making augmentations from silk under the old system because of its rarity.

Frankly I do not remember I believe the augments do not require the cultural container, therefore should be just fine no matter what race you are. The race restriction in tradeskills currently through containers.

We have looked in Ak'Anon and PoK for Crude Fortified Bronze. We failed to find it. Can someone cite merchants who sell this?
