Not sure what Diaku Blood is for, same with Kaniz & Boruk Hides. However, Waterleaf Scale is used in Karana's Heartfruit Salad yet I believe the recipe is broken as of post.

I also noticed that the "small ball of clay" foraged in The Grey are listed as tradeskill items.

A lot of pop pottery items arent listed as tradeskill. Theres a reason for it.

The only container theyre combined in is a Glaze mortar, which isnt associated with pottery (its not associated with ANY skill) and its a NO-FAIL combine, therefore they werent picked up by whatever program they used to tag tradeskill items.

Glaze mortar isnt considered a tradeskill container, like a sewing kit is.

So, by this reasoning, its very easy to just go thru the pop item list and list every 'pottery' item that will NOT have the tradeskill flag.

Shadowjade Moss, Shadowjade Fern Leaves, and Jaggedpine Needles (forage only from Jaggedpine) are listed as tradeskill.

I wonder what on earth you can make from a no drop forage only item :?

The no-drop forages from Jaggedpine are tailored as part of some armour quests in that zone.

Waterscale Leaf is supposedly to be combined with Emerald Tea Leaf and some such for the Karana's Heartfruit Salad. Apparently there is no word on whether this recipe will be fixed in the future. Alas, I can only keep my fingers crossed with all my waterscale leafs & moonstone tears (moonstone + rain water).

Storm Salmon from PoStorms tradeskill flagged, looked through Baking, Brewing and Smithing Tempers and didn't see anything...also can't be skinned or prepared (I tried)

breaded storm salmon is on the pop recipes page, which is seperate from the regular baking page still, which is probably why you missed it

I been noticing that alot of tinkered stuff shows as trade skill components.

The whole Anizok's line, shrink, grow and gauze press's are all flagged. My guess is they might be used in some armor like the Gnomish Vanishing Device is..

I'd imagine that a lot of the tinkered stuff has a tradeskill flag as you have to combine them with mana batteries to recharge.
