Items flagged as tradeskills

Cant wait until patch finished to see if there are any items overlooked and marked as tradeskill items. There could be some new recipes coming soon

so far the 3 things i've seen so far are a copy of Monster Summoning II, a flawless aquamarine, and a no stats newbie cash loot "Golden earring"

I could be forgetting a receipe that includes these or they could have been flagged by mistake though

Checking through my mules today, 3 items I found tagged, which I had not previously known to be used for tradeskills:

Diaku Blood
Boruk Hide
Kaniz Hide

are now all tagged as usable in tradeskills. I wonder what for....

I think many "quest" items are being flagged as tradeskill items.

Or, maybe, all combines that have a non-0 trivial (even if no fail) are flagged as tradeskill items.

Glazes are no fail combines that cannot gain you skill, so glaze components aren't showing up as tradeskill items.

That, and we will find at least 1 new recipie.

They didn't do a blind 'anything that is combined' because there are items that Are used that aren't flagged.

Clockword armor (used in the bd tinkered armor) antd Chierometric LP Device (used in the gloves) are not tagged.


And, I wonder how long before we get a 'tradeskill' search in the bazaar drop down list

If you find an item that you know is a tradeskill item please do a /bug and report it so it can be fixed. /quote I go from a GM when I asked about it.

waterleaf scale is flagged a tradeskill item

It's fished from PoTranq but I have yet to see a recipe for it.

Lock of Siren hair... flagged as tradeskill (obviously it was sort of always known having no quest use and vendors sort of gave a cheap price.)

My guess is fletching or tailoring but till someone finds out I'll store a stack in my bank. :shock:

Vamp Dust flagged...

One of my old favorites from PoH, Vampire Dust, is flagged as tradeskill...unless I have missed a use in research, which also seems to be using the tradeskill flag, then there's possibly a recipe out there somewhere with this stuff
