The drops will be on appropriate level NPC's

Because it is level 80... it will be fairly high level NPC's which you mostly find in current end zones and much of SoF. Some of these mobs are rather tough... so "soloability" will depend on your gear, class, and ability But it will not require a group to engage in general (of course instance zones still require 3 person minimum group), it just may require a group to survive

Assuming that Ngreth follows the current pattern of making them global drops on appropriate level/type mobs, they should be "soloable" in that a single player can engage them. How successful that solo engagement will be remains to be seen.

Yes, it is supposed to be done this month. I believe the exact quote was, "late August". As this is mid-month, we are approaching late August, but we ain't there yet, folks.

Additionally, Ngreth has made reference to being a week behind. (I believe this is in reference to his work on the next expansion.) Would the person that keeps hitting da ogre with the Timelapse proccing weapon please stop.

While they certainly are not the ONLY NPC's that will drop it, not in the least, really a small fraction of the possible NPC's, they will be one of the ones that do drop it.

I am *considering* lowering the trivial on inferno scepter, as I do not want any vendor only paths to 300. While this particular one is rather expensive, it still is a vendor only path.

The name changes for the DoN cultural armor have already gone in. They went in back in May I think it was. While several things in game have the word ornate in them. I do not see this as a big issue as the racial/cultural identification of the items clearly distinguish them and the ornate is a modifier to show its level.

What will happen to teh Inferno scepter?
And im sorta divided since you are planning on calling the expert armor ornate since there is such a large amount of stuff named ornate. PoP ornate for one. They are already called chain ornate and all.

Will you be changing the old names. cosnider changing the ornate name on the new stuff to something different or just add them with ornate as planned and add to the mix ?

Discordant seal of healing is definitely worth getting on an alt =P Its arguably better than the last blood version due to a snafu about the paladin epic focus being put on it (and epic focii getting upgraded to 75).
