These AAs look interesting indeed. However, one thing to keep in mind, is that they can change before OOW is live. What we see now, is not necessarily what we'll get in the end.

      Here's another one:

Arcane Tongues (otherwise known as: Spell Research Mastery)
This ability reduces the chance of failing research combinations by 10, 25, and 50 percent.

I saw a much longer list on another board, not sure of the original source.

They also had a foraging AA that gave a chance that you could could forage 2 items at once.

As for the skill up rate being dependant on the stat, first remember that it also dependant on sucess and these AAs also help that. Second they also had (from the same source) another set of AAs that would increase the maximum your stat could be increaced to. It is probably (my speculation) set to 5 per rank and rank 1 available at level 66, rank 2 at 67 etc, just as planar power was. Given this, non casters would be able increase stats to 355(?). This was my suspicion when they anounced they were increasing the level cap to 70.

Yes, but this is EQ traders, so we are looking at the tradeskill related ones

Although the foraging one is certainly of interest to tradeskillers who are druids/rangers, I'm sure.

There is indeed a much larger list available at most class, server, and guild boards etc but I only pasted the tradeskill-related ones here. I also added the Foraging one.

From the lists I elieve those masterys are open to all but JC mastery is still restricted to Enchanters so they still get to keep their little niche.

I believe that Nature's Bounty is ranger only, it is causing a stink on the ranger boards as one of their only class specific AAs. They feel they were robbed.

Hm, missing Jewelcrafting Mastery in that list. Maybe something didn't go through because it already exists for chanters.

JC mastery was indeed not included in the list from Test, and I think your reasoning is correct.

I am now wondering if you can only get one of the mastery's? LIke if you have JCM you cant get another, tailoring was my first love/hate so I can pick tailoring and that is all?
Frankly I will be pretty annoyed if Enchanters can have Jewelcraft < which I still think should be open to all > AND another one.

Not a class specific one.... Druids get it too....! Its simply an upgrade to forage for all forage classes. (yes i know iksar get forage but its already caped at a low skill level)

Rangers need to stop getting their panties in a bunch!

I guess it's a good time for me to mention that the AAs are not final yet. They can (and probably will) change during the course of the beta testing. Just because it looks like rangers only have one AA (Nature's Bounty) or druids will be getting some kind or rez (according to Lucy) doesn't mean it will actually be so.

but still, 50% is 50%, should be enough to smooth out some of the humps in tradeskilling
What peevees me off to no end is WHY DO I HAVE TO SPEND AA's TO FIX SOE's OBVIOUS LACK OF SKILLUPS FROM 180-250.

They are making me PAY for Omens to FIX what they shold be fixing for FREE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: and before you fanbois say I am wrong, no, I am right. You get increased skillups from a success. These AA's allow for more success's thus more skillups. Thus making us PAY for them to FIX the progression from 180-250.

EDIT 2: This will also trivialize the Aid Grimel quest, making it almost no fail with the 50% chance and Salvage AA. Signet has just moved into the "Solstice Earing" column for common items players have.

I'd like to see it that people can do whatever masterys they want to do and can do more than one if they want. Let 'em grind the aa's if it's what they like. I don't plan on doing these aa's for quite a while since there's very little market in them at the moment. I have other aa's to do first, but sooner or later I'll get all of them of course hehe.

Assuming they let us get more than one, and apparently even if they do, Jewelcraft will not be available.

Please, if you want to rant about these Tradeskill AAs, feel free to post in the Primal Scream Room. The thread in this forum is not the place.
