Which bola did you make, and which trophy?

The debate is mainly about the Concussive Bola for the Expert Trophy and if it is still bugged.

I just made a Concussive Bola on Druzzil Ro using the new recipe with the Basic Suspension of Pestilence IV.

Remember to use the STONE Bola Weights...there are also steel bola weights on the merchant and you might have bought the wrong one.

As others have already said, the new Concussive Bola recipe works like a charm, and I'm a very happy camper. Now off to farm a truckload of stuff to start the process of evolving it and getting my skill to 300

For reference for the xp & leveling of the trophy, when I handed in trophy my raw skill was 264 and the trophy I received already had 28% xp awarded to it. So I guess that means the starting xp award is confirmed as being correctly proportional (264-250)*100%/50 = 28%.

I then immediately did about 65 combines, it might have been 1 or 2 more combines due to salvage saving swatches, (master cultural sleeves, trivial 290) and when I finished my trophy had 34% xp - so we are looking at around 11 combines per 1% xp gain (unless cultural gives bonuses to the xp gain).

Stuck at Chunk of Broken Taelosian Stone Worker

The Ceramic Bola weight is where I'm stuck for my Concussive Bola - haven't been able to buy the clay in bazaar or get to drop in Vxed / Tipt for last week. I've killed at least 40+ Coerced Granite Workers in Vxed without anything to show for it.

I'm upset because this is not testing my TAILORING skill at all, but my patience at repeatedly killing ONE mob in an instance zone over, and over, and over again to try and get a drop to make a SUBCOMBINE. Plus, nobody wants to go to these zones as their a PITA to hunt in with nothing to really gain.

Waiting for the alchemy change and making with my shm was easy, but now STILL can't complete my expert trophy.

HQ ra'tuk hides

I've been killing every ratuk I can find, mostly in Barindu and the one in Natimbi, but a few in Qinimi (they summon) and lots in Kod'Taz with my guild. Never seen an HQ drop. Where did you all get yours? I'm getting pretty frustrated here, after two weeks of farming almost daily.
Oh, and I check bazaar a few times daily, never found one there either. Drinal/TarewMarr

On an overloaded tradeskill mule. Purchased a bunch months before PoR released for like 25pp by mistake as I thought used in a higher trivial recipe. Being a packrat, never got rid of them - lucky me for a change
