They are dropping like mad now. Too bad they couldn't respond to tailoring drops in the same manner. I now get more drops for my research while farming for tailoring than I get combines for tailoring (4x).

What level are you? I'm level 70 mage (370aa) and I solo that entire room in under 20 minutes.

I tried soloing a dark blue one kind of North East from the clockwork town. There were only 2 I think in that area. I got one down to 50% before I decided it was time to bail. Where is the room you're talking about?

Yeah, those dark blue (at 70) ones are for some event, not sure if it's even working. They're bad news, and their bodies instapoof on death (found that one out after 40 minutes of messin around, heh).

The creeps that get killed are right around the corner from Bellfast. If you head from him towards Undershore, you should come across em.

Did a lower level EF LDoN addy last night (level 35) and got 6 crystallized sulfers by the time we finished. So vendor mining the LDoN Magus' might be an idea.

Since the baz is barren, alla has Crystallized Sulfur listed as dropping from quite a few mobs. Which ones are the easiest to get it from? Can any say which ones drop it fairly regularly, and say aren't named and such?

I'll kill a bunch of 'a spectre' in feerrott tonight and see...
Maybe check vendors in OT for it from 'a Sarnak berserker'...

Those two seem to be pretty easy both to kill and to get to, and rather abundant in number.

I would hope people choose a less contested camp to take out sulfurs. I have seen a fair amount of sulfurs drop in just about every zone I have been in since the patch (mostly PLing) - try Echo Caverns, Gunthak, City of Mist...

I swear the other day I saw a Crystallized Sulfur drop from Nijacka the Scourge! I wouldn't suggest it for farming, or rather at least not for sulfurs.

Thanks a bunch. You're right that camp was cake. I just picked on the wrong Creep Reaper my first time

Of course now I have almost of bag of machino scraps to store until I can get the camp again to compete that stage of the task

Well, I've been using CS for the othmir furs, and it appears sulfur and furs end up with sulfur winning with a slight edge over fur. Been in WL too for holgresh and while furs/wings are pretty much dead even over the course of a couple hours, sulfur lags behind a little.

Now that I have shifted focus into Research, I regret throwing away those sulfurs from earlier =p

Any suggestions on the best place to farm Crystallized Sulfur these days? I have a level 16 enchanter that I'm skilling up with subcombines so my ranger can do the high-trivial combines cheaply. I have several good spots for saltpeter but have trouble getting the sulfur.
