I increased the drop rate 10 fold... but this will not be seen until the next patch.

Thanks for the response and the solution, but I do find it hard to believe. I remember Hate/Fear raids and Halls of Testing (ToV) raids where we'd end up with stacks of this stuff. It dropped like crazy in pretty much any high end zone, now its not dropping much. Something ain't right there. But again, thank you for looking into this.

just tought id add a quick comment for the preparation of the parchment (runic one atleast) I needed :
3 vials of vitrol + 1 extra salpeter so seems you need 3 crystalized sulfur and 4 salpeter pr combine. also noticed celestial cleaner and parchment solutions make for much easier storage then individual components.

Crystallized Sulfur is used in a couple Snare poisons. In fact, it appalled me to see that's the primary suggested skillup method for rogues to 300 Poisonmaking! (or was, until they became so rare.) ACK! Save the Crystallized Sulfur for the spellcasters, guys!

Mind Melt is trivial 335 Poisonmaking and uses something that the drop rate hasn't been ... erm, changed yet: Mt Death Mineral Salts. Killing the goblins to get the salts also gives the benefit of increasing your Chardok A (Di'Zok) faction. For those of you that say "But the salts are used for Chardok faction turn-ins!" Yeah, well, so are the Green Goblin Scales. The scales (single turn-in)give a better boost in faction than the * 2 * salts at turn-in, and AFAIK, that's all the scales are used for.

I know you can make holly light cleric god spell, but what about holly elixir? I show nothing on ala of it being researchable any one know?

Since Holy Elixir is a level 65 GoD spell, yes it can be researched using DoDh research.

I'm working on figuring this spell out, should be straight forward, but I'm missing something.

Fine parchment (L62 spell)
Quill of the coercer (enchanter)
Luclin's Ink Additive (Magic Resist)
Debillitating Thickener (single target debuff)
Ink of Cazic Thule (fear)

DNC

I also tried combinations with Ink of Druzzil Ro, and Extending Thickener (hoping for something, but not really expecting anything), and got DNC.

Any suggestions?

L61 DoN spells that are also ethereal parchment turnins have been successfully researched, so I am assuming the L62 DoN spells are researchable also. The skeleton of the spell recipe I tried is based on a L61 DoN fear spell. I'm not really sure what the difference is between the spells (is one undead only, and if so, how would that change the recipe?).

The list that was made to work on was PoP and GoD spells... so even if it is an ethereal turning, it may not have been on the list. It is just a matter of the list that Rytan gave the person making the spell recipes, as the person making the spell recipes was not a spell expert, but a tradeskill expert There are some bits of specialization in the designers.

All of the 61 DoN fears are researchable, but none of the 62's seem to be. I haven't tried the 63 spell.
