I played with DoDH research today, and this is what I found

I'm stumped, trying to make the druid lvl 65 spell Sylvan Infusion:

From everything I can find the recipe should be:

Runic Parchment
Quill of the Storm Warden
Ameliorating Thickener
Ink of Tunare
Ink of the Nameless

I've tried it with each ink seperately, with the drying powder and without, nothing is combining. Any ideas?

I didn't check all the parts you have listed, but the obvious stuck out: No ink additive - Ink of the nameless should most likely be Ink Additive of the Nameless instead.

Anyone figured out elemental siphon? None of the boards I've checked have it, and I've tried every combination I can think of with no success. Seems like it SHOULD be:

Runic Parchment
Quill of the Arch Convoker
Invigorating Thickener
Ink of Prexus

This just gives me the "you cannot combine" message though. The problem is the spell is fairly unique. It damages the pet to increase your mana regen, so I've tried using Ink of pain instead, and with prexus, as well as arcane thickener and pretty much every combination of those.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I'm not sure if the rest of your recipie is correct, but you do need an ink additive as well =)

Okay, so if I wanted to make Sylvan Infusion, level 65 direct heal Druid spell from GoD, I would make/get:

Runic Parchment
Divine treatment (for druid)
Quill of the Storm Warden
Ink of the Boar? I was not sure about this.
Ameliorating Thickener (because it is a heal)

And do the appropriate combines with all these thingies? I just want to be sure before I go hunting for things and I didn’t see that anyone had tried to make it yet. My necro would but her research skill is not high enough.

I think they were asking for trivial of the parchment cleaning only, not the spell itself. That's what I understood those trivials to represent. I'm happy to be wrong ,but I think that's where the question was directed.

If you really have to make two 351 skill combines per 65 spell...that's a bit rough.

Yes...was asking about the solution....but guess I'm gonna be farming runes for awhile to get my skill level up I desperately want my Strike of Solusk spell...does 6K crits.

Once again, do not forget the ink additive (of the nameless). I'm not sure what the healing ink is - I haven't looked it up, but I think someone posted it on the first page of the thread because I was asking about it originally.

Divine Treatment is not part of the final combine - it is used to make the quill.

That bit is wrong maybe. Lucy says this buff resists on fire (its just that buffs are never actually resisted) so try Ro's Ink Additive instead?

This is correct except a 2 changes I see that need to be made you need to get rid of the invigorating thickner which is for sing member and replace with Talisman Thickener which is used for group buff/ae buffs flameshield of ro is a group. Also you need to drop ink addive of the nameless and you should be able to make the spell. :-)

Thanks Taiqwon and Ganthanjim. Taiqwon had the right of it, I swapped ro's ink additive for ink additive of the nameless and it combined.

Actually, we've tried that recipe over at Necrotalk, didn't seem to work. Everything would seem to be in order though, so I don't know. I'll try a few recipes tonight when I get home.

I haven't tried it myself but looking at the lucy data I'd say you need TWO inks of the eagle. There are 2 separate vision effects in the spell (see invis, and ultravision).

This would seem to be true off hand, but the Ink of the Eagle desciption in the in-game book says it can account for multiple vision effects on the same spell.
