I can confirm that a Smithing skill of 220 is needed to start the Smithing part of this quest. As mentioned in previous posts, looks like 220 might be needed for each part regardless of modifier.

There's atleast 10 guilds that have killed RZ and prolly Sol Ro along with that (access to PoF). Last I heard, rumor is you need tailoring and access to Fire. I have that access, unfortunately I'm only at 192 tailoring atm, and its not something I can do in one sitting to get to 220 Just trying to push the quest along, if anyone has 220 and access to fire, would like to hear the next requirements

Sacred Water??

Not sure if this is the appropriate place, but is there a problem with this item dropping, have spend about 9 hours over the past 2 days with 2 groups of guildmates "raid" on em, not seen a single Sacred Water drop... any information would be appreciated!

Sacred water drops more or less off Valorium Guards in plane of valor.... I recall getting 2-3 when PoP first came out and we were exploring killing stuff. There is a camp of guards with a bunch of tents. Kill a bunch of those and get some sacred water.

Killed RZ tonight and when saying "I am a master chef" he responded with this:

And those are what we've spent 9 hours or more killing over the weekend, nadda one dropped

Ditto. Spent time killing those guards, concentrating on the yellow-to-65 megaman model guards. Not seen a single one drop. Anyone on any server had one drop in the last few weeks?

I got three Sacred Water tonight. One off the Captain but after having zero luck over the next few hours we moved to the two Guards that are just inside the building next to the GY. I got the next two from the yellow con with in 10 total kills so you might want to try there if you haven't.

I really hope that the thursday patch fixes the NPC text cut-off problem, it is becoming extremely annoying.

Just ran around Rivervale, Misty Thicket, Shadowhaven and Fungus spamming "what bristlebane's party platter". A long shot at best, but if Grimel doesn't give out the actual recipe, it's not any of the halfling bakers I know of who does.
