This has been posted in the Research Forum, said to be from the patch msg: Lost Dungeons of Norrath and Omens of Wars spells have become tradable. Additionally, Lost Dungeons of Norrath spells will have no token sellback value to NPCs.

The important part of the question is whether spells sold by LDoN vendors are made tradable. Because if that's the case, there's no point in researching LDoN spells to sell in bazaar. The bazaar will be saturated by LDoN spells bought with points from LDoN vendors within 1 hour after serverup.

Research spells being sold back to LDoN vendors for points may have been stopped. But the usefulness of LDoN research is in question as well.

Similar case will happen to OoW 69-70 spells. If the dropped versions are now tradable, researchers can never catch up since there will be a lag time in discovering the materials and recipes.

69-70 spells are not dropped though. They result from a quest hand in. And once you've scribed a spell from the handin, you can't get anymore.

So barring someone intentionally not scribing some of their spells so that they can continually loot runes and sell those spells, that's not an issue (of course its always possible that someone does this but it seems unlikely).

Ok, then at least for LDoN spells, researchers will have to wait till the un-used LDoN points are exhausted before it is viable as a trade. Well, perhaps we can sneak in a few sales of lvl 61-65s, since these can be done in 5 mins. For the lvl 50-60s? No chance we can research faster than LDoN-point sellers.

Did I miss something and they made LDON points sellable sometime? Last I knew DON crystals were tradeable, Ldon Points were not.

They made LDoN spells droppable (other then RGC) so now the people who have 1000's of unused LDoN points can spend them on spells to sell.

My personal thought was that now my ranger will have all his spells that I wasn't planning to put the effort in to get before.

he is meaning the spells you can buy from ldon points.. if they are droppable (and not just similiar spells researched) then he cant compete with their prizes..

The LDoN spells are now sellable. So people are going to be cashing in their LDoN points to purchase salable spells to put on their bazaar vendors.

                              About augs for artisan charm

There appears to be a new type of Slipgear charm in TSS

I started the quest tonight. It starts in Crescent Reach on the first floor of the city (in the entry room). There seems to be multiple different tasks associated with this line as the Slipgear line had (the first task had me investigate some spots in Blightshire Moors or whatever it's called ). Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the NPC that starts it, but he's in one of the little tents. Sorry

Also, I've been searching for how to make the new charm, but no luck as of yet :/

People may be willing to do without a spell for a while if it means a healthy short term plat infusion.

Conviction is the 6th in line of lvl67 cleric spells. I don't play cleric, but I s'pect I'd be willing to pay double the Rune cost just to purchase this spell directly and skip a few steps.

You turn this spell in bazaar a few times, you could afford to carry a spare unscribed one around, just in case it was called for.

Also, I would be willing to buy a junky level 70 spell (that someone really doesn't use and is therefore willing to unscribe), just to get me closer to my 70 pet.

If there is a way to turn a Rune into a tradeable spell, a market will open up somehow
