That's not the Tradeskill cap hun, that's the normal Stat caps.. They will go up 5 points per level like they did with Planar Power and Chaotic Potential.. Not TRADESKILLS.

      No, it is not true.

It may increase someday, but it is not increasing with TSS.

No, I don't think this is correct. I believe MDS only drops in instances, and since there are very few instances in TSS, you won't see they drop much (if at all.)

I think the question is more of............Which items should I save because they will be high demand.

Nobody want's to sell to a vendor what turns out to be the Discordant Scoraie of Serpent Spine.

The way I think it was explained is that it takes the average of your 7 main tradeskills and uses that number to determine the stats on the charm. Every point counts

The stats on the charm were a topic of a lot of debate, all I will say is that if you are a multi-tradeskiller already you will be pleased with the charm. I believe I heard mention that 200 average in skills is roughly 1/2 the max stats and more emphasis is placed on the latter points for the skills.

2 aug slots makes it very nice and stats on the item will compare equally/favorably to the Arena Charm for a 250+ avg tradeskiller (have to double check the numbers.)

General rule for a new expansion: if ANYTHING drops that has a "this item may be used in tradeskills" tag on it, stash it on a mule until you find out what it's for, don't sell it to vendors. Otherwise you may wish you had it back a few months down the line.

Sort of like how I got a Slugworms in Noble's Causeway when OoW came out, had it made into a nice augment a month later.

That is assuming the items are tagged, I seem to remember OOW items not being properly tagged at first

Well, it does sound very nice and I am looking forward to getting it since I am at 2100. Any ideas on what is involved in making it?

Is the charm sellable or no-drop?

make it sellable, if you dont have the points it still wont have stats.

Really doesn't matter if it is sellable or not. The only people who would be using it can make it themselves =)

Sellable would work for me. Heck even a minor quest. Sounds like a nice upgrade to Arena charm. Now to max out that LDON aug.... anyone wanna bot me for 376 LDON missions? *grin*

                                New Charm + Slipgear's Gem

Instead of LDoN augment for new charm check out Slipgear's Gem .. I did quest shrouded as a level 5 rogue (need sow/levitate/enduring breath potions also). Once I got the hang of it, took me about 30 minutes on last toon to finish quest.
