I made the Fizzlesprocket's Forceful Discharging Apparatus but ...

how that clicky work ??? I keep receiving a message telling me that the apparatus has not build a charge. Do i need to do something special to 'charge' the item? The book dont say how to use it

Recast Time

Lucy says it has a recast time of 12 seconds and the effect is to increase CHA by 1. Perhaps your charisma is maxed and it cannot do anything?

Rocket Home has the same CHA buff effect. It's just a placeholder to invoke a script.

My first guess would be that it is charged by being worn for a certain length of time. A certain number of kills is also a possibility. It seems unlikely it's waiting for a mana battery or any similar recharging combine.

i waited 2 hour, still the same result: message that say its not charged

i was able to nuke the guild treasurer in my guild hall for 11 dmg, then its said i already casted on him and he is now immune for 30 sec.

its never worked on any other mob. i made some energian stone in case its was needed as battery to no result.

also, when linked people dont see any stat. they only appear when wear.

Didya try getting bonked on the head or zapped with spells while you had the bracelet on? I saw a clockwork mecha-suit that had absorption panels an' magic shields that zapped you back if you charged them up with bonkin' him on the head or zappin' him with spells.

Got it to cast once, still no clue what it did!

I used it on Tink last nite and did 175dd but got a 600HP heal.Still no clue how it recharges.
I suspect its kinda like an evolveing item but used the exp as charges?

Wore it tonight on raid.It seems to do a mark of karn i.e. reverse DS on your target.Got hit by ramp and ever time i got hit i was healed for 600pt.
