They need to up the drop rate on clockwork gnome bolts. I can make AAAA's fine with my tinker, just the bolts are holding up progress

Veritable QuandaryThe hinge is rare, but they will drop through normal farming. Bedides the one I ran a friend to loot, I've seen 5 rot in roughly 10 days of farming maybe 3-4 hours a day. Since it drops from trash anyway (Scrap Collectors), maybe it would be better if it was just on the common zone loot table. It doesn't help much with a 1.5 drop either that it drops from mobs with 8 minute corpse timers. Unless they are close, nobody can make it to loot.

I actually would run around the zone and feign off my train, then kill scrap collectors, thus clearing all of them out of the zone every time I went hunting for my hinge. Once I started doing that, I still killed some 40+ scrap collectors before finding a hinge. At about 4-6 of them up in the zone at a time, took me ages to get one.

How many of those drops are only used in a turn-in quest for a gem or are vendor garbage? I'd not mind terribly seeing that removed from the drop tables, assuming decent plat could still be made from vendoring the ts items, not that any non-ts non-epic farming people ever go to poi anyways...
