Yew Leaves

Is there a particular area or loc in Waking Lands where Yew Leaves are found as ground spawn?

What do they look like?

I didn't see any when running around after black panthers.

Find an evergreen leaf, oak bark, or morning dew. Drop it on the ground. That little green shape is what yew leaves look like.

I've only seen them in areas where panthers can roam, though that's where I've spent the most time in WL.

Theyre HARD to find, i got all mine by foraging them, only found ONE in all my time in WL, and that one was actually when just passing by on the way to Kael, was inside the dragon portal, just at my feet when i ported in

May have been because somebody else foraged a leaf then dropped it at that spot /shrugs.

Gack! ...and there it was. A Yew Leaf, stuck on the tree in the first screen shot.

if there wasnt a leaf in the shot, what would be the point of the shot, showing you the proper camera angle?

I thought this deserved a bump for those who are looking for a way to skill-up. If you spend a lot of time hunting for haze panther eyes (which sell very well), you can loot pantherskins and pick up Yew leaves as well (which are a pretty good skill-up path).

Does anyone know the repop time on the yew leaves in WL?

Rather, does anyone know that's willing to tell. Other than the druids I see pop in, collect all the ground spawns in less than 20 minutes, then pop out. I really hate that program that I won't mention.

Nothing like scouring a zone over and over for hours with not one leaf then seeing 112 yew leaves on a bazaar mechant.

Anyone want to buy 450+ black panther skins since I won't be buying those leaves?

It's a bit rough Idymech, but this site has a map with locs for misty acorns.
Of those, I tend to find the ones around the ruins (near RV entrance surrounding the hill), at port in hill, near book, and near the goblins in the south west corner the best for finding acorns.

For those races with less than perfect vision (aka the only races I've ever played ) - using see-invis or some sight improvement spell is a must, since it changes the colour a bit and makes the yew leaves stand out a bit more.

There was one. Definitely in the second picture. The patch of ground that was a little bit yellower than the rest. That's the spawn. They are VERY hard to see.
