SOE announces the follow on to the ever popular Depths of Dark Hallows with The Next Expansion. Since the initial release of Everquest more than six years ago users have been anxiously awaiting all the features and fixes that have been said would be included in The Next Expansion. Well, here it is. TNE will have all the features and benefits that come with The Next Expansion (yes, i know that's reflexive). The other good news is that once TNE is released, the SOE devs and such can go back to work on all that stuff they've been putting off until after The Next Expansion is done.

Fixing old content does make money.... It keeps customers which is what we are.

Problem is, fixing old content is not as measurable (cash flow) as releasing a new expansion is.

And thats what Business people look at, in 99percent of cases. VI is not a division that seems to be run by a hybrid Business/I.T thinking group, as it should be. But, only by Business thinking people, right from the get go btw.
