Well, I can verify that Othmir Fur Caps are 262. I am assuming that only Leather and Solstice Robes were really hit in the patch. Will the change? Maybe, maybe not... I don't work for SOE so I couldn't really tell ya.

To my knowledge the only things that were hit were Velious Talioring and Solstice Robes. The only types of Velious that were {not} affected were Holgresh, Othmir, and Ice Silk

Correct, only velious leather and solstice robes were changed. I checked vlious furs and silks (even tho, I don't have all recipes in my UI), and it seems to remain untouched.
