Its another very small sample size but when I started these, I did 2 stacks of soltice robes and then on my first whip, I got a skill up. In the next 10-15 whips, no skill up. Stopped at that point due to pp loss.

Ok, I have some stockpiles due to lucky vendor diving, so I'll try to remember to keep records of my skill ups if I decide to make some whips.
