Changing the thread to gold (or 2xgold, or maybe even 3xgold) might be another way to make the recipe more useful, presuming that SOE will not keep increasing the weight reduction percentage.

I could feasibly see these going for 500pp each. They now offer 2 and a half times the WR of a Handmade Backpack, will hold Giant items, and are not Lore. Rallics still sell in the 700 - 900pp range on CT, Handmades still go for 75pp or so. Since you can only have one Rallic, and one EE, these will fill in the rest of the slots nicely and not restrict you to Large items in certain bags.
With the proper sales tactics I think I could fairly easily get people to replace their Handmades with these at 500 each, over time.Dyllwin Dalewalker

Bah, 2 zone-specific foraged, and 420p in materials, and it sells for 500p, tops, on the first day?
Then, once a few people find the recipe, they start selling for 450.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I though the recipe only calls for 1 plat thread? That's only 210pp cost, plus the furs and a backpack pattern. Not too bad for a low to mid end bag that we can sell multiples of to the same person. Though I think making it with Gold Thread would be more appropriate.Originally posted by Lilosh
