Hi all,
Well Ive taken up smithing and had been following some of the guides I found to an extent, but I wanted to work at my own pace and work on items that I found easy to get ingredients for.
Anyway, to do this I created a small spreadsheet. Basically all I have done is taken the info from the Smithing Tables, massaged the data around and formatted it and presented it in a way that is useful to me. I have not really changed any of the data (besides removing what I didnt think I needed). But I have made it so that it is easy to sort, if you know how to use Excel at all, you can easily sort the data on individual colums (ascending or descending) without losing any integrity. This was important to me as I was more interested in the Trivial values than anything else.
I have also added comments to items that needed a bit more said but I did not want to bloat the table with text, so I put comments in as floating text boxes (wherever you see a small red triangle, just hove the mouse over that cell and it will display).
Also, this was made specifically for High Elf smithing. It contains everything I could find that an High Elf can smith. So just about everything is the same for everyone else as well, but for the Cultural Stuff. Of course, if the interest is there I can add more to it.
Anyway, enough talk. Here it is, check it out, tell me what you think.
Just one point, this was made to suit my purposes, if you dont like it that is fine, if you do like it thats cool
would appreciate constructive critiscism though.
