Wow, 50pp per Seaweed?? I would say, grab a Fishing Pole and sit around fishing for an hour or two ... that should net you a lot of Seaweeds (and for nearly free - the only cost here is the Fishing Poles and the Baits).

Well having done it not really. If you keep all the fish and fish scales you pull up as well (and use Skinning knife + gunthak makerel = fishing bait) you will find that once you get to a vendor you can even come out ahead, not by much though.
