Seru Bane, Fungoid Sap?

I have contempated camping the tempers and make a large amount of sheets. Then contacting a guild doing the emp and offering them the tempers in exchange for a piece of seru loot of my choice.
But never got around to it. Think the idea would fly?

First off, let me apologise as this is off topic. As some people here seem to know a bit about fungoid sap I am hoping they know a bit about Seru Bane weapons.

I've been doing hours of reserach on and off few weeks now and I cannot find if Seru Bane weapons add their DMG bonus on any mobs in Sanctus Seru besides the Inquisitor himself. It would make sense that all those "Hand of Seru" lv 50-ish guys in there would be flagged as "seru" but my initial testing on zone in mobs with a Seru Bane axe has been a conclusive *NO!*.

Any thoughts?

according to the lore, only seru wears the yttrium armor that one guy made him, so only he would take serubane damage. also, most significant bane damage only works on the one of few mobs it's intended for (including giantbane/dragonbane spells and ssrabane weapons). Either way, that initial no was correct.

Not likely. You can kill seru with 0 bane weapons. Our first kill of him we had 2 bane weapons in the guild and only 1 there. Spells land on him just fine and are really th perfered way of killing him since he has a fairly nasty AE around him. Would we like a few more bane weapons? Sure be nice to get all our rangers bowed. Would consider giving someone any of the loot off of seru let alone thier choice? Nope. We might trade something else for them or buy them off you but not gonna be seeing any of seru's drops for em.
