My biggest concern with making them non-NoRent and non-NoDrop is that SS was a skill up path untouched by the screwed up economy of the game.
The change will add competition by farmers for something that used to be junk. Anyone that hadn't done the quest to get the mallet and anvil had zero use for them. I would like to see them made NoDrop as well, in line with the rest of the components. It keeps the farmers from messing up something that, for all intents and purposes, was never broken.
Yes, it was a pain to do, but the only other people killing them were lowbies, Vah Shir looking for quest components and other high skill smiths. 9 times out of 10, I was the only person in Shadeweavers thumping lesser shades.
