It needs a full items patch for the change I put in to make it EASIER to get from 6 to 7. Until then...there has been absolutely no change in the EXP required since the trophy went in the game.

I'm guessing that when tribute was assigned it was based on a function of bazaar prices when tribute values were set - which differed radically between different race/religion combos. (Dwarven BD bracers tribute from 1900 to 7200 or so depending on the religion.)
