Well, if someone had been using them to try and raise their skill in smithing, they would probably have moved to the new cultural templates. So that could account for the lack of them in the bazaar. The other option, people are hunting less and less in OoW zones where the Dust of Discord and Discordant Scoriae drop so there is less supply being farmed to sell/make inlays with.

Or it could just be some fluctuation the in bazaar supply of the item from someone who usually makes/sells them taking a break from the game.

The biggest factor in inlays is less people doing exp groups in OoW, let alone anguish raids. As time moves on, they will get even harder to come by.

I don't know, the Hot Zones have generally included an OoW zone lately, and the current set includes Noble's Causeway, which will generally remain fairly well used.

know the "lesser" aug items drop in NC, I'm not 100% sure that Discordant Scoriae drop there, but I believe they do.

Scoriae, flies, dust, augs, exc exc all drop in NC but pretty rarely. I've spent more time plvling alts in zone than I care to admit and in that amount of time I only saw 2 Scoriae.
