I got incredibly lucky; I found the vials in plain view (about item 50 or so of the 80 visible ones) on one of the vendors in the smithy building in PoK.

Haven't seen any since then.

I'm having a harder time getting iksar blood for the scale temper than getting the Tae Ew Blood Vials, personally. However, seems that all the iksar smiths on the server hog it.

Couple hours in NJ camp in Seb, runs through Dalnir, vendor mining... 9/13 on the shield. Now my entire guild WIS caster core has the 'car hood' look.

Oh, and I've camped lizards in CT in 4 different main spots, highest drop I've seen is in 4corners (old archon temple). I've seen them drop off just about any lizard in between, though, including the intro 2.

If *anyone* has a suggestion on a better place to find pristine scales, I'd welcome it. I've hunted archon temple, 4c, avatar temple...I'm running out of places to go in search of.

I too am having a hard time getting Iksar blood.
Found 3 Tae Ew bloods on a vendor for 210pp each. 1 in bazaar for 5PP :shock: and 2 from guildies.
I haven't seen any of the new items for sale yet. I'm wondering if they are going to sell like hot cakes for inflated prices for a few weeks then drop in price like the nightmare bows did.

Well, it's a good specialized shield for shamans/clerics/druids. Closest one out there is a Bone Braced Buckler in stats...so I'd figure it'll stick around their price in value. 15-20k isn't too much to ask, considering the skill level involved...but time will tell. So far, I haven't seen anyone else making them on Quell...though I know Sinu isn't far behind me.

Which Vendors?

On which vendors might I have some luck finding the Tae blood?
