Where have you find Metallic Drake Scale ?

I group with 3 friends on a nightly basis, lvl 70 shaman, lvl 70 SK, lvl 66 ranger and a lvl 62 cleric(me). We are all pretty averagish I think with about 50 AA's each. Would the hard-level (68+) missions be doable?

Thanks for helping this newbie out...EQ feels like such a new game now!

Creator Should be doable... ofcourse fill up with DPS to speed things up, Creator should be decent Exp, and crystals for upgrades + the chance of MDS's

P.S: reading the thread people seem to have a hard time finding Purescale ore? they seem to drop plentyfull for me got in excess of 5 stacks in bank....

I did 2 creator missions on the weekend, and got one MDS in one mission, and two!! in the other. at the end of each mission instead of rolling we sold em to /Buyers and man...that was a really nice /split, hehehehe...

Well, I plan to see if I can farm some of these in the 68+ Creator Mission with my bard bot . I will try and keep track of how many drakes I kill and how many MDS drop. I just had a 300 Half Elf Smith fail a chestplate combine for my bard last night (3 MDS down the tubes) and he only salvaged the stupid mold. Hehe. Took me a long time just to get those scales, but hopefully I can get some soon.

I just want to make sure I read this right. Did someone in an earlier post say they have bought several of these in the bazaar for 400pp each (meaning the metallic drake scales for GM augs and armor) ???

If I read that right it makes me want to cry because on Cazic I check the bazaar daily and they average 25 - 35k each.

The person buying them for 400pp in the bazaar posted shrotly after DoN release. People in general did not understand the value of what could be made with them.

You won't find them priced like that again any time soon.

Do mission 'Diseased Pumas'. It has infinite goblins at the zone-in.
