Sorry I would know his name specifically but he closed-pending it on me telling me they cant track combines and basically sorry for your troubles but too bad. So I deleted it so can't see his name now hehe. He was polite and all, but didnt claim they couldn't track combines all along, just after the last comment from my side about it being a known bug by you.

If they do decide to give me the ores back, any idea if it will just be placed in my inv or would they let me know somehow.

So GM Rybatrin again told me (in 2nd petition 1997121) that he won't replace that ore i lost even though it was due to a confirmed bug & claims you never said anything to CS lol. Seems he has a standard response which summed up is ... no.

On July 3rd, I lost two Shimmering Nihilites but yet got both messages. And also did a Bar of Shimmering Steel and got back one instead of two; again getting both messages.

Ive been getting 2 messages regardless of the number i recieved I assumed this was a bug, On another note im well into my 1000's of combines of raw pale nihilite and still have not received 3 yet.

Anubsin, how many of those combines were performed prior to the fix of the "one extra item" issue, and how many have been done since? Some people have speculated that refinement histories were wiped by that patch, and seeing that you have hundreds of combines since the patch and still can't get three would help refute that claim.

Was asked to post here as well. I have noticed on conversions (two different types tested so far), that I am receiving two success messages, but only one is returned to me.

Is this a display bug, or am I being short? Thanks for looking into this, Maddoc.
