What exactly determines if all int casters can make a spell versus only one class? I know about preist spells but I just made some combines for my mage for mage only spells Ward of Xegony and Flamesheild of Ro on my necro in my spell research kit.
Now, in the database, it is listed correctly that any int casters can make those spells. Yet when I look at, say the mage only spell like Tanson's elemental renewal it says only a mage can mage this combine.
The only difference is the spell level. What exactly determines who can combine what among int castsers? Thanks.
edit: While allah is frequently not as accurate as EQTC it implies that the spell in question can indeed be made by any int caster.
