The saps are seriously pissing me off. We shredded the first field last night, had 3 DC pets, ranger, necro, 2 druids. Tons of DPS, stuff was dying in 30s or less once in camp. Killed ~40 spiders, and tons of other crap in 3.5 hours or so. No saps.

I'm 1/5 now on the fire robe with 252 modified skill.

Yayy finally made it!!!

On a side note, I've been keeping track of sap drops vs spiders killed ratio. Doing this keeps me from going crazy in fire.

So far:

3 saps out of 46 spiders killed in the blue field area.
So the drop rate is about 6.5%.

I'll keep on collecting data until I make my robe.

Well... took me two more combines (the final one without the GM needle) and I finally made the stupid undergarment... Then proceeded to make the bow first try, had 3 platters already made and hope stone banked. Suddenly a lot of people in guild wanted to know how to do it and how to skill up in tradeskills *L*

Which is the lesser of 2 Evils? Do I head back to PoFire and kill mindlessly for hours upon hours for (hopefully) 1 drop, or do I shop for more Wyvern Skillups? I am leaning towards Fire b/c Velium is a hard thing to come by on Lanys these days thanks to Enchanted Velium Bits. Also I have been reading about you poor, poor folks with max skill who are going oh for four and five. I am bound to beat the RNG at some point.
