I put the raw indigo nihilite in the reinforced bag and combined to get raw pale nihilite. Is this an unintended combine?

at least u get something lol it wont refine for me at all lol says i cannot combine in this bag but its the reinforced and i did the refine quest too really would like some info on it though so if anyone knows a way that i can refine them let me know cause i cant find anyway to do it

Apparently there's a bug with the refining/collection quest...

It appears we were supposed to do the Collection quest first, then the refining quest... if you did the refining quest first, you can't get the Collection quest and thus you can't refind Raw Amber Nihilite or Raw Indigo Nihilite.

Further, the pre-existing Raw Shimmering Nihilite is not the same as some "new" Raw Shimmering Nihilite (unsure if anyone's found the new stuff yet)... thus it doesn't cut.

Gotta question about trying to cut the store bought gems. I have tried cutting a few of them only to get certain ones saying no combine in this container. I see that you have a round cut emerald on your list of round cut stones I was trying to make one for to try it out but it won't work for me. Do I need to do anything first ?

Ok got it to work now, found out with the smaller gems you only need the gem and the cutter. but with the slot 11 you need the glass. Thank you for the help.

Emerald + Round Cutting Tool in JC Kit (or Planar JC Kit or Reinforced JC Kit).

Should work fine. Try a Peridot or a Pearl maybe?

I thought you can cut only with reinforced jewelery bag. If you don't have that, none of the new JC will work.

You need appropierate cutting tool, the gem, and jeweler glass in the reinfoeced bag to make the new JC.

I beg to differ. I was showing an enchanter how to do the new combines and they did them all in a Planer JC Bag

Black Sapphire: +10 sv magic/fire/cold/poison/disease
Morganite: +16 str/sta/agi
Jacinth: +16 str/sta/dex

I've processed the raw amber and indigo Nihilites in a reinforced JC kit. Indigo Nihilite is AC/Mana and Amber Nihilite is AC/END. Has anybody tryed makeing GoD weapons with the shimmering Nihilites?

And I found the issue with the shimmering Nihilite.

There is a new shimmering Nihilite... and only that works.

I am making a "legacy" recipe for people with existing Shimmering Nihilite, but it will need a patch.

I am not sure what I am going to do with Pale Nihilite yet

Have you decided what you are going to do with the Pale Nihilite yet? I have one that can't be used atm.

you can put two stone in a tro if they are both slot 10 and then you can put an 11 aug on top if you like to make it really a great item. thanks for this list I have looked for one of these for awhile. does anyone know what ivory does or how to cut?

I do not believe ivory transitioned to the new system, but it is still used for a number of older recipe combines for smithing and pottery, typically first requiring to be imbued.
