I hate to be an "I told you so" but I said this was going to be a problem day one when the shared bank hit the test server.

Use /feedback and tell SOE that you want a PLAT slot in the shared bank.

Maybe they could use something similar to the bags of platinum pieces that people get when they trade in their horses, if they can’t add a shared coin slot.

Just make it so that the buy/sell price on any given bag is exactly the same (at any CHA would be nice) and then you could just buy a small, medium, large or humungous bag and transfer it by means of the shared bank slot.
