Player desirability is going to vary by player. One man's trash really might be another man's treasure, as evidenced by the great finds I keep turning up while vendormining. In other words, NO to that one.
Rarity... you have to realize that I will not actually be seeing any personal data on this, most likely ever, and almost definately for a really long time. The rarity as posted in the file was given by other players who know better than me; I have to trust them on that. I will not assign numerical value to rarity because a) I don't know it personally, b) it's generally perception-based anyway and subject to massive flaws, and c) I will not invite the flames of "this rarity number should be increased/decreased!" Take it for what it is, a mere thumbnail sketch, and better than nothing.
as for 'forage, fish, drop'.... the forages and the fished items should be already marked as such. at any rate, I will go take another look and at least try to note the forages and fished parts, and let the other things be assumed to be dropped.
(EDIT: I see now... Forages and fished items are not and never have been in that list. That is solely mob drops. There are two separate files in the main storywindow mod that deal with planar forages and planar fished items. Is it worth copying these things over to this list?)
