There is some Sword of Rile in KC. I'm not sure but I think it's near the basement or on the way there from where the Commander spawns. It is No Drop but you can clearly see it sit in it's room on an altar.

There is a small book near the edge of the island in Gunthak where you zone in to buy lizards. It is near the outside wall of the lighttower right up against the fence where the rocks jut out.

I think there's some kind of ground spawn in the sea in Cobalt Scar - a shell or something?

Although sending people to tangle with coldwater barracuda and the sea dragon might be cruel

The iksar monk shackle quests have a lot of ground spawns at one step. You can read about them here:

The shaman quest for the spell Cannibalize II has a ground spawn on the ice island in Timorous Deep, diamond dust I believe.

And in the middle of Skyfire south of the Veeshan's Peak entrance there is a dragon skeleton with a ground spawn in it. Can't remember what it was though.

4 books on collapsible containers in the tinkers shop above the forges at the South Eastern Trader building in PoK.

1 book on the ground near the lighthouse in Gunthak - seem to remember it was for poison recipes but I could be wrong.

Distilled Salts by shore line to left of the landing pier at Natimbi.

I hope I don't get to much flack for lack of information on this one but I thought I would mention it. In Frontier Mountains there is a ground spawn inside the fort. When you go inside you go down the tunnel, halfway down there is a medallion that spawns. Not sure of name or what it is for, but my Ranger found it 3 years ago and never thought about it until now.

Int he library in PoK there is a book hidden in one of the bookshelves (for the biginin of the "manuals" quest)

On the shores of Natimbi, there are "Distilled Salts" (no drop)

There are a couple ground spawns used for the Guktan Soulstone:
polished waterstone is in upper guk, +247, +2, in the water below the circle of planks
pouch of sparkling dust is in south ro, +1298, +1403, right behind Rathaman
vial of swampwater is in innothule swamp, -94, -242, beside a skinny tree

As part of the Phenocryst Focus quest:
In Split Paw at +691, -5 is a Beryl Crystal
In Great Divide, 'If you enter the wurm caves in the center of that zone from the south, go up to the first right, go in and take the next right, you'll be in a room with two spawn points for wurms and there's a patch of blue crystal at the back of the room. The stibnite is behind the crystals and looks like a bag on the floor.' (quoted from allakhazam)
In Burning Woods next to Slixin Klex in the red meteor is a Heavy Metallic Crystal

In POK, upstairs from the *main* smithing area, where the gnomes are, under the beds are 2 groundspawns of tinkering books.
