Fantastic LoY quest for dark race tradeskillers

Wow, that's really good, with all the level 1 toons running around with Ageo and KEI that would be a great MoB to level up on fast, depending on respawn. Hell, even if he in his low 40's that not horrible XP for a 52 toon.

LOL - you don't even need those buffs - I accidentally discovered this info on a PvP server when I started a new toon - was just attacking a random merchant or guard when I wanted to get out of the city - happened to swat this guy with my 4th level toon who only had his guild shirt and a tarnished 2h sword and killed him in two swipes - got 7 blue of XP from him.

I made my assumption of his level based off of him being light blue to my 51 main on a normal server.

I am at a loss here. Why is this a quest for tradeskillers? Is the item a charm and I just can't see a modifier on the item?

The str (useful for smithing) and the dex (useful for fletching) are my guess.

My question is, has anyone found another quest for these heads, to drag it ever farther from tradeskills.
