Depending on your level get the Shield of Bane Warding and two Glittering Ring of Judgement. That's a total of 60 WIS form 3 slots. Add in a MPT and QAT for food/drink and there is 10 more WIS for 30pp on ARo server. Even at level 51 you get 17 WIS from the rings, not bad at all.
For me it would be 90 WIS Base + 10 WIS food/drink + 60 WIS from 3 items + 25 WIS KEI = 185 WIS with LOTS of room to spare.

My Erudite paladin has a tradeskill kit that he uses to boost his wisdom. There are still some obvious gaps (acrylia studded tunic and cloak, for example) with items that I'll add later on, but what I've got still does an excellent job. An item or two won't work for you (you're not going to be wearing the paladin only sleeves, for example), but most of it should be useable by you. Click Eumerin's Magelo profile in my sig, and then select 'Trade Skill Kit' for a look at what I use.

Actually, what really gets me is this - I did the Testament of Vanear quest TWICE!
You see, the Testament of Vanear is part of a quest based out of the Temple of Divine Light. You're supposed to find it and bring it back. Waaaay back when, when I did the quest, the stats didn't work, and besides, at level 12 or so, you don't really need wisdom and mana as a paladin...
So I killed the guard, looted his page, got the rest of the book, and handed it in.
I got a level 16 magician scroll for my trouble.
Decided to do the quest again.
Got another magician scroll for my trouble.
Also went KOS to the corrupt guards of Qeynos.
And for those of you who think "big deal" when you hear that, keep a few things in mind.
First, the sewer entrance under the docks was broken at the time, and anyone zoning in from there was instantly zoned back out to Qeynos zone.
Second, just because you have good faction with the good aligned guards of Qeynos doesn't mean that Lt. Aruther won't join in when one of his corrupt fellows attacks you.
Third is that Lt. Dagorak's harm touch is fully capable of instantly killing a level 15 paladin from a good distance away.
I eventually fixed my faction, although it took a couple hours of inert potions, iirc.
I could replace my ACGS with the Testament and my Mace of the Fallen Crusader, but its an awfully big pain for only a slight improvement, imho.
